History of the Chateau:
The Chateau has been built in the 18th century. Since 1988, the family PLOMBY leads with dynamism and the wine tradition.

Vineyard area:
11 hectares.
Grape varity:
80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc.
Soil:
Clay limestone sandy, clay-sandy and Grave.
Average age of vineyards:
15 to 40 years.
Vinification:
Traditional, inox tanks with an automatic system to regulate the temperature.
Tasting notes:
The wine has an intense color. Thanks to a softness and delicate flavors, it matches with red meat and cheese.

25 years old.

Vinification:
Fermentation while around 10 days.
Awards:
Gold medal at Concours de Bordeaux des Vins d'Aquitaine 2011.
Tasting notes:
The wine has dark red color with hints of purple. It expresses a complex nose of ripe black fruits. The mouth is well structured with a sweet attack. Supple tannins characterize the wine. This ample and round wine is pleasant to drink now and for the next five years. Goes well with grilled and cooked meat with sauce. To be served between 17°C and 18°C.

50% Sauvignon, 50% Semillion.
Tasting notes:
Light yellow robe with a slight golden reflect. Citrus and white Flowers fine nose. Elegant mouth mixing sweetness with ripe fruit aromas, with a slight tangy note. Wine for pleasure to drink at 10°C.
