Cellar Notes: Georgian brandy is considered to be an elite and luxury product. This very special oak matured blend averages 8 to 10 years old and includes some carefully selected brandies as old as 20 years to add true depth and complexity. This brandy is made from careful selection of wines produced in different zones across Georgia. It has been matured for 3 years in barrel.
Appearance: deep amber in colour
Aromas: aromas of toffee and dried vine fruits
Palate: warming but smooth and rich to taste with notes of vanilla, dates and espresso coffee, and a long after-taste.to taste, it’s warming but mellow with hints of dates, milk chocolate and caramel.

Interbalt ProductsJsc Sarajishvili was founded in 1884 by Mr. David Sarajishvili, a famous Georgian entrepreneur and public man, a doctor of Chemistry and Philosophy. He was the first to produce cognac by using the classical French technology in the whole Russian empire of those days.David Sarajishvili’s cognacs were known on the market as “Natural Caucasian cognacs”. The logotype of the Caucasian goat, standing on a cliff, became the logotype of the com­pany and decorated the labels. In 1889-1913 Sarajishvili production renowned for pre­mium quality and merits was awarded 9 gold, 3 silver, 1 bronze medals and 1 gold medal Diploma at international exhibitions. David Sarajishvilis’ company was awarded the title of “Commercial Advisor” and “Official Court Supplier” of Georgian Brandy to the Russian Emperor.

Along with the unique georgian brandy spirits distilled by Sarajishvili himself, raw materials produced from almost every year’s harvest of the 20th and 21st centuries are also kept in the warehouses of our company. Due to their geographical place of origin and age diver­sity we produce Georgian cognac of best quality. 194 prizes can serve as an evidence of it which the company has received at different international exhibitions and contests since the 19th century: 22 Grand Prix, 128 gold medals, 36 silver and 11 bronze medals among them.
