Laroque Sauvignon Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Winemaking:
Fermentation at low temperature (13°C), reductive process.
Tasting notes:
A pale yellow color with green reflections, the nose isintense and aromatic, with notes of blackcurrant buds and white peach. The mouth feel reveals a beautiful freshness and a surprising finish.
Parings:
Perfect partner foraperitifs with friends, fish andother sea food based dishes.Serve cold.

Laroque Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay.

Winemaking:
Fermentation at low temperature (13°C), reductive process.
Tasting notes:
Its golden color and honest nose with notes of acacia and grapefruit invite you to sample this wine. Lively, lushes wine reveals aromas of brioche and hazelnut.
Parings:
Smoked salmon blintzes, fish terrines and seafood gratins.
Aging:
Can be consumed now or kept for at least 5 years.

 

 


Laroque Cabernet Rosé

Composition:
100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winemaking:
Cold temperature fermentation (16°C) followed by 3 weeks stalling on the lees.
Tasting notes:
A clean raspberry color with an honest nose of small red fruits.
Parings:
Served called, this wine isa great complement to grilled vegetables, fish dishesand garlic sauce.
Aging:
To be consumed now.

 

 


Laroque Merlot

Composition:
100% Merlot.

Winemaking:
Traditional fermentation, 15 days maceration; 30% ofthe wine is barrel aged.
Tasting notes:
Crimson color, this wine reveals a discreet woody taste with a touch of caramel, with notes of ripe blackcurrants and cherries. Soft and sensual attack and a lovely structure with mellow and silky tannins.
Parings:
Grilled meats.
Aging:
Can be consumed now or kept for up to 5 years.

 

 


Laroque Cabernet Franc

Composition:
100% Cabernet Franc.

Winemaking:
Traditional fermentation, 15 days maceration; 40% of the wine is barrel aged.
Tasting notes:
Crimson color, the nose of subtle raspberry, rhubarb, spicy and tobacco aromas. In the mouth the elegant and silky tannins bring a very feminine touch to this wine.
Parings:
Stews, oriental dishes, red meats and plates of cheese.
Aging:
Can be consumed now or kept for up to 5 years.

 

 


Laroque Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winemaking:
Traditional fermentation, 3 weeks maceration; 50% of the wine is barrel aged.
Tasting notes:
A garnet color, the nose reveals notes of toasted bread. In the mouth the red fruit, blackberry and peppery aromas reinforce the beautiful structure. Mellow tannins bring a real character to this wine.
Parings:
Ideal with stews and grilled meats.
Aging:
Can be consumed now or kept for up to 5 years.
